Signeg- Death montage
In this shard, you stand at the entrance to a foreboding cave with two others- the ever-familiar white-haired cat girl, wielding a staff, and an elf girl with a bow (Araj, you know her name is). There is a good amount of nervousness from you and the elf, but Yura pushes you along anyway, with talk of amazing treasure at the end.
The three of you enter the cave, continuing on and sniping any monsters you see one at a time... until you reach a group. At which point, you're all swiftly and painfully killed.
But then (as you expected) all three of you are standing at the entrance of the cave again, feeling a little weakened but otherwise unharmed. You immediately set forth again, and this time you make it further in, successfully killing the monsters... until the next group, which kills you again. Yura does her best to heal all three of you, but with your magic and Araj's arrows, you only make the monsters angry, and they take all three of you out in just a couple hits each.
This continues for several hours: You die, return, do damage, die again, and keep going back until the accumulated damage on the enemy is enough to kill them. However, you are all extremely weakened, your weapons and armor broken to pieces by this, leaving you with nothing but your plain clothes by the end boss of the dungeon...
Once again, it kills you several times. Each time, you feel weaker, and get more and more frustrated. Finally, as it nears midnight, you finally are the first to suggest just giving up. The other two seem unhappy, but at your pushing, agree to it. You return home, frustrated and upset at your failure.
