See, I dunno! It's not like I ever had the best control of my powers, but usually they only went off when I had a strong feeling! Like I get freaked out or something!

But now they're just setting off like crazy and I can't figure out how to get it to stop!

There is a problem. You are able to make the solution happen. Deep breath, clear all other thoughts from your mind. Go through the steps: What is your goal? What method can accomplish that goal? How can you make that method happen? What are the costs of that?

You're from the same kind of world as Sparrow. It's just another Pokemon battle, so strategize like that.
