I'm not sure yet! I'm assuming some edible game, it looks like there's a bunch of fresh meat in the dock stalls. I'm going to pick up a book on the local fauna and see if I can find anything when I head out.

There's so much magic down there... It's not the city I'm used to, but it's great anyway. I've missed this feeling. Can you feel all the mana around?

Sort of! Not in the same sense you do, I don't think. It sort of feels like a very powerful domain to me, but one that encompasses the entire planet.

Whatever it is, it's discouraging the generation of malevolence much more than anywhere on the ships do. Can you tell?

Yeah? Well, not all of it, but most. There are some exceptions, but... rarely.

...well, whatever it is, we both sense it. And it's a good kind of thing. I'm not going to look this gift horse in the mouth and I'm going to spend as much time down there as possible.
