Technically, it's the Festival of Betyl and Sessho. But that's a mouthful, so it's just Full Moons' Night. When both moons are full at the same time.

The city shuts off all the lights at night when it happens, so you can see the sky better. You can do outdoor picnics, or restaurants in skyscrapers are pretty popular, too. Anywhere you can see the moons.
