iris loev jasmine a lot but in a dumb rivalry way. If, somehow, for some reason, Jasmine got herself in serious trouble, Iris would drop everything and actually sacrifice quite a lot for her. She wouldn't even frame it in the tsundere way, it's just '-' NOPE THIS ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN

she also thinks their competitions actually make her a better thief so she's pleased about that, she's grateful for jasmine pushing her to be better! and so she pushes jasmine to be better too! TOGETHER THEY CAN STEAL ANYTHING.

JASMINE LOVES IRIS a lot, in the dumb rivalry way. Stealing to impress/flirt with Iris gives her so many dokidokis because it also gives her the rush that she's so addicted to, since stealing for and being in a relationship with Iris feeds into how much of an adrenaline junkie she is. Though if Iris were ever in trouble Jasmine would drop everthing to go save her WITHOUT FRAMING IT IN A TSUNDERE WAY EVEN if it's a huge amount of danger. If it were something silly she'd totally be tsundere, though.

There is also some possessiveness also because Iris is mine and she'd be jealous if Iris ever did anything with anyone else because she loves Iris that much. :( Jasmine has a very big heart and Iris stole (see what I did there) it.

She does get kind of tsundere because she's pretty tsundere to people that she's affectionate with on normal terms though!

She also loves the fact that Iris pushes her because there are very few people as good at thievery as they are so WE JUST PUSH EACH OTHER TO BE THE VERY BEST aw yeah

Nightingale thinks Belt is an idiot, and a dangerous one. She's not talked to Belt except for the one time, but her opinion is that Belt thinks she is far smarter than she is, and believes herself to be some kind of machiavellian mastermind, when in reality she's an idiot and possibly some kind of nutcase. Without talking more, that's all they can get, sadly.

Nightingale also thinks Rotten is an idiot, but a less dangerous one. Her attempt to be outright dangerous was defused and no one was harmed, cementing her place as an idiot who could be defeated. She kind of thinks Rotten is pathetic.

And Queen is just disappointed in Rotten. Murder games make her sad. :(

Due to them only speaking once she has pegged Nightingale as 'Unknown, probably a threat because she smacked me and actually got away with it.' And like 2/3rds of Takshaka she has no intention of giving her the time of day and every intention of just ignoring the hell out of her because she said she would. Also 80% sure she'd just get a lecture anyways which just makes her want to punch people and she refuses to stoop to that level. :T

TAK AS A WHOLE IS ROTTENS FAVORITE TEAM and she was really sad when they yelled at her after the game and hit her in the face. :( That said she doesn't know Nightingale very well yet at all but really wants to because all the Taks are really fun in some way or another.

And Rotten is very sorry Queen she didn't realize it'd be such a big deal and she won't do it again she promises can I borrow your daughter and teach her how love works now?? :)

but for now how about first impressions?

Her first impressions are kind of mixed. She doesn't know much, but despite what she said, Nightingale is pretty sure coronations are usually big important events, so odds are if this weird person was attending one then she is some kind of big-shot royal. Which, she doesn't particularly care about, because the fuck does status matter when we're all unmade.

On the other hand, she seems excitable, so Nightingale is already like 10000% sure Anna and Sparrow are going to bond so well if/when they meet, to the point of giving her a headache.

tl;dr nightingale is a grumpy butt.

for all her being a grumpy jerk, Nightingale actually does like Roxy. She is upbeat without being overbearingly so and perhaps more importantly she understands her crazy RPG terms. She's generally kind of crabby at Roxy's general direction because she's just. kind of a jerk like that. But she really does appreciate the optimism.

She's also kind of eyeing her for this potential budding romance with Sparrow. She approves, she's just trying to keep on top so she knows what to tease Sparrow for. And also if they do date Roxy will immediately become fair game to tease relentlessly.

Nightingale doesn't have much of a read on Eveningstar past thinking she's another Sparrow, cheerful and sickeningly optimistic. She doesn't think much of her past 'avoid or headaches will happen' (which, of course, is the best reason for them to thread more), but she thinks she's a good person and would avoid bussing Epona if possible for it. And to avoid Sparrow's sad face if that happened.

Every single other person in Takshaka is manlier than Swan, no contest.

Eveningstar also doesn't have much of an impression on Nightingale past that she's the serious one, but she does have a very large amount of dokis for Takshaka that encompasses Nightingale as well (plus Nightingale was offering to help that last trauma game, so! Remembering that forever) Her impression is mostly positive though Nightingale doesn't seem to like much. Or do much. She doesn't quite think Nightingale is boring, but definitely thinks she could stand to be more lively. But at the same time, maybe having a downer or two (Swan doesn't count because Swan is a loser) is necessary to keep Takshaka from exploding.

She'd geek out about all the RPG stuff though, if she knew.

nightingale actually likes takshaka a lot more than she'd ever admit. She finds them frustrating but after the Rotten game she's actually starting to see things their way, as having a bond of trust with the other teams actually helped them win and they broke the game specifically because everyone trusts Takshaka. As people they're mostly the types she's bad with (and dere for) which makes things awkward sometimes but she's more or less resigned herself to her role in the games, and she actually likes them. She's just... also not entirely sure she's necessary at all. whoops. She's pretty sure if she vanished Takshaka would still do fine and might in fact do better in games. INFERIORITY COMPLEX WOO

EVENINGSTAR ON TAKSHAKA IN GENERAL

I COVERED SOME HERE BUT Takshaka: QUEENS OF HER HEART. Takshaka has had a pretty big influence on her, actually. They (particularly Raven and Sparrow, but even Swan and Cecilia) feed her idealism and their heroic and helpful approach to everything has inspired her to do the same. The whole DETECTIVE KNIGHTS WHO HELP EVERYONE THING actually kind of stemmed from Raven, who was that gallant and knightly from the get-go!

She has a deep appreciation of Takshaka and what they stand for in general - especially considering the trauma game shenanigans. They are probably the best part of Kyr for her, that they're always reliable and good people who will do what's right and never lose faith, and also they (or some) indulge in the fun stuff and cake and parties and BAKEMAN. Considering all the pessimism and team vs team mentality that the trauma games have bred, that Takshaka never wavers in spite of that is something that Eveningstar really appreciates and even kind of relies on to try to do the same.

Speaking of pessimism, aside from the Rotten game, the last two trauma games severely damaged her faith in the other teams. At this point, she suspects Takshaka is the only team that hasn't thrown them under the bus, so that, combined with snakes helping Epona out both times, makes her love them all the more and also makes them the one team she fully trusts. Eveningstar has had a pretty rough time of things so snake kindness means a whole lot to her, bla bla bla dere dere dere dokis. As much as she may make fun of Swan and have no problems competing with Takshaka in silly games, when it comes down to it, she's intensely loyal and will (and has, actually) rail on anyone who dares to put them down or bus them. And they are just fun, WHAT A GREAT TEAM.
