Entering junior high
[Aiya stands with so many other students her own age, a very young teen, in front of a new school. She has a uniform now, which she finds stuffy, but that's what's expected of her- That's what junior high students wear. She took a moment to look around wildly to find Yura, but unable to find her, she simply had to line up with her class as the principal addressed the students.
It's a dull speech, about what is expected of the students, how he is sure they can all excel, how their studies will pave the way for their future, and so on. She can see her classmates zone out and ignore him, but she's hanging on to every word, listening attentively. The speech is boring, but what he's saying seems right- Working hard is necessary to achieve results, right?
But, the longer the speech goes, the more nervous Aiya gets. Can she really achieve the results they want? She did okay before, but junior high was going to definitely be harder, right? She was beginning to work herself up into serious fear, when she felt a hand on her shoulder suddenly, and faint breath on her ear.
Naturally, she gave a rather loud squeak in surprise, and her teacher gave them a disapproving, stern look. Aiya bowed in apology, then turned around to see the source of the hand- Naturally, Yura, holding back giggles at Aiya's reaction. Aiya tried her best to give her a dirty look, but she couldn't help but smile a bit, her tension gone now.]
