Sort of! Not in the same sense you do, I don't think. It sort of feels like a very powerful domain to me, but one that encompasses the entire planet.
Whatever it is, it's discouraging the generation of malevolence much more than anywhere on the ships do. Can you tell?

I mean... I've noticed that I felt better here, but that was just from being in a place with magic. I couldn't tell anything like that.
