I can't speak for him, but for but for me? I drank poison to save someone else and died from that. Another time, I died from drowning. That's just the deaths, not counting the near misses. I'm from a world where death isn't really a thing. I'm probably the only person from my world who is actually afraid of dying. So... I understand, is what I'm trying to get at. But I don't think he'd mind that. If you'd like to be friends with him, he won't be bothered by what has or hasn't happened to you, I think.
